updown.website is a website monitoring platform that provides real-time status checks, uptime tracking, SSL monitoring, and community discussion features. The Service is operated by Infinity Technology Support LLC.

3. User Accounts

You may create an account to access additional features such as dashboards, alerts, and community commenting. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Community Guidelines

When using community features (comments, global chat), you agree to:

  • Be respectful. No personal attacks, harassment, or bullying.
  • No spam. Do not post promotional content, advertisements, or repetitive messages.
  • No harmful content. Do not post content that is hateful, discriminatory, threatening, sexually explicit, or illegal.
  • No personal information. Do not share others' personal data (emails, phone numbers, addresses).
  • Stay on topic. Comments should be relevant to the sites and services being discussed.
5. Moderation

Staff may remove any content, restrict accounts, or take other action at their sole discretion without prior notice. Content that receives multiple community reports may be automatically hidden pending review.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code of the Service is the property of Infinity Technology Support LLC. User-generated content (comments) remains the property of the author but is licensed to us for display on the platform.

7. Availability & Accuracy

We strive to provide accurate monitoring data but make no guarantees regarding uptime, accuracy, or completeness of the information displayed. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infinity Technology Support LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years of age to use community features. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
